Stichting Casco (Casco Foundation) adopted the Supervisory Board model as its governance model on 20 December 2023 and is governed by two directors, Aline Hernández (chair) and Marianna Takou. The Supervisory Board oversees the board and the general affairs of Stichting Casco. In addition to the foundation’s statutes, a Code of Conduct provide more detailed guidelines for day-to-day functioning and play an essential role in establishing rules and procedures at the operational level. These regulations also describe accountability and how to deal with conflicting interests. Stichting Casco applies the Governance Code for Culture.
