Spatial Practices in Art and ArChitecture for Empathetic EXchange (SPACEX) is a transdisciplinary research action that utilizes secondments between academic institutions and third cultural organizations—including Casco Art Institute—in order to scope and map European spatial practices. Anna is an occasional curator and organizer, mainly interested in institutional conditions of art in the context of current politics and society. She is currently a PhD candidate at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague, where she focuses on the history of the Náprstek Ethnographic Museum and its permanent display. During her stay, Anna will be looking at processes of museological decolonization.
