May Herbawe is a friend and Palestinian artist based in Brussels, who is currently raising funds to complete the post-production of her audiovisual work. The project, which began during her residency at Dar Jacir in Bethlehem, follows the story of the last Palestinian crocodile, acting as a metaphor for the people’s resistance and struggle against erasure, exploring themes of her homeland, collective memory, and the colonial violence it continues to endure.
