On 21 February, at 19:00, Underdeveloped #2 opens at Garage Rotterdam, part of a three-exhibition series that challenges traditional exhibition methods and colonial notions of development. Emphasizing collaboration and community, visitors are invited to actively contribute to the living exhibition and engage with its library and programs. This second exhibition is again co-conceived by Reza Afisina and reinaart vanhoe and features around 20 (and counting) artists and collectives from their socio-artistic ecosystem.
